Disappointment: I owe it to myself: splurge.
Hurts: ‘Retail therapy.’ Dangerous and debt prone.
Anger: Retaliation through spending.
Worry: 150 hours per year wasted on worrying about money.
Fear: Muddy thinking.
II. Transitional times. Shark tank
Income reduction.
Auto deductions and bank overdrafts.
Numbness and inaction.
III. Emotional habits
Good: Plan, compare, buy: Ready, Aim, Fire.
Bad: Impulse action: Fire first and try to recover.
IV. Lean heavily into God and His promises for EVERYTHING.
