M Online shopping is convenient and easy, until it is not.  I discovered that after I’d entered my credit card number on different sites for gifts.  Then fraudulent charges started mounting on that card.  No longer convenient. 

V Check the manufacturers website for a list of authorized third-party distributors.  If that sellers name is not on it, they are selling fakes.  Pay using a reliable third party like PayPal or a similar service.

Be skeptical of a very low price.  If it’s too good to be true, don’t bite.

M Easy online shopping is not necessarily wise shopping.  Is it a need or a want?  Whether for myself or others, money spent one place can’t be spent in another.
