Gender Diversity In Business

M Men and women are different.  No surprise there, but did you know that there is a difference in business profitability when there is female representation in the leadership of a company?  Data also shows that women can make better investors than men.

V When deciding whether to invest in a company, look at the company’s C-level occupants; chief financial officer, CEO, its board of directors.  If there’s not a reasonable percentage of women in leadership roles, you might want to consider that as a factor. 

M The parable of the pounds, Luke 19:11-26 shows that God values growth in an investment.  Monitor and choose wisely.
