M Women are generous. This is a good thing. Unfortunately, we may be targeted because of this inclination. Emotional appeals touch us and we may make hasty unwise gifts.
V Ask this question, ‘What do I want as a good steward?’ What organizations promote what we value? We research those organizations, including churches. We look under the hood, read their financials, even volunteer. Consider as a donor, you are a part owner. Does that organization measure up to good business practices, and God honoring goals?
M That plan we make protects us from emotional pleas. A good answer is always, ‘I’ll look into this and respond later after my research.
