Gifts That Matter

M Have you listed the gifts you need to buy?  Write across your long Christmas list: It’s not about the stuff.  What communicates your personal care?  Likely it won’t be the most costly gift that makes the keepsake list.  What do people treasure? 

V Mom, you give picture mugs, and family picture calendars.  Memorable events and defining moments.  We save our picture mugs of the homes we’ve lived in, baby faces and siblings displayed.  No clothing item is ever treasured for that long. It takes thought and planning and it’s tailored to the person’s interests, and most important, the gift is more meaningful.

M We’ve been creating a family calendar every year.  Pictures important to each person that year, and their birth date noted in the calendar.  And these are being saved.
