College Costs

M Why spend time advising on college financing?  Proverbs is full of references to gaining wisdom, knowledge, and understand.  College can be a part of that, especially preparing for a specific career. 

V When your children are young, you can start by improving your own credit score.  Some college loan costs will be impacted by your credit score.  Higher score, lower rate.  This takes discipline and time. 

M I knew of a family where Mom and Dad had bad credit scores.  Grandma’s was good.  She cosigned for the loan.  It did not end well.  The best way is to work and avoid debt all together.
